Enjoy the rejuvenating effects of hydrotherapy as you move through hot and cold pools. Take a moment to rest in a hammock or Adirondack chair by the fire and repeat the cycle.

The benefits of hydrotherapy are invigorating. It is said to energize and rest the body, improve blood circulation as well as activate the lymphatic system to support the body’s natural detoxification process. Promoting the release of endorphins, the hydrotherapy cycle leaves you with an undeniable sense of well-being.
