You can redeem your giftcard purchase effective immediately. Bonus cards must be redeemed within six months from the time of purchase.

The bonus card expires within six months from the time of purchase. However, the base gift card doesn’t expire.

Yes. You must present a confirmation letter of your purchase to the front desk team at Kananaskis Nordic Spa for redemption.

During the Black Friday promotion, two cards are generated resulting in you receiving two confirmation emails: one that includes your base gift card and another including your bonus card. Example: If you buy a $100 gift card, you will get 2 confirmations: one for $100 and a separate one for $10. If you buy a $200 gift card, you will get 2 confirmations: one for $200 and a separate one for $20, and so on.

Yes, once you input the email information of the receiver of the gift card you are purchasing, they will also receive two confirmation letters, one with a bar code for the base gift card and a second confirmation letter with a different bar code for the bonus card.

Instances of double charges may result from the pre-authorization and actual charges. We recommend contacting your bank to verify any discrepancies in billing.

Yes. You can redeem your base gift card at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge for a night stay or a dining experience. However, please note that the bonus card can only be redeemed at Kananaskis Nordic Spa within 6 months from the time of purchase.

Black Friday gift-card online purchases are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, at this stage, we cannot issue a physical gift-card for your Black Friday purchase. You can always print it, and put it in a presentable envelope should you wish to.
