Given the latest directions from the Government of Alberta, the Kananaskis Nordic Spa is currently closed.

We will be contacting the people affected directly to re-book based on the order in which people have made their reservations once we have a confirmation of a re-opening date.

We are fully aware that some of you were looking forward to some relaxing time in the Rockies. However, we agree this is the safest course of action for our guests and our teams. We will do our very best to support our team, our family, in these difficult times.

We look forward to returning to normal operation once it is safe to do so. We thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if I had a massage booked?
The team will contact you as soon as possible to rebook you if you are affected. There will be no cancellation fee charged.

What should I do if I want to cancel my massage?

When will the spa re-open?
We look forward to opening our doors to everyone and are monitoring the situation closely. We are following the Government’s recommendations closely in this regard.

I was relying on a spa visit to help me stay calm. What should I do?
We encourage you to spend some time outdoors and let the benefits of nature help. We also recommend daily meditations, limiting your exposure to social media and connecting via phone/video chat with loved ones.

If I am a guest at the hotel on a spa package, so do I get a refund?
Please contact the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge directly for the latest information if you have booked directly with the Lodge. If you have booked with an online travel agent such as Expedia, you will need to contact them as they own your reservation.

Is the retail store still open?
No, all facilities including the bistro, are closed.

Can I still purchase gift cards?
Absolutely, gift cards do not expire and are available online.

I have a Spa package with the Lodge and want to cancel.
The Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge allows cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your stay if you have booked directly with the Lodge. If you have booked with an online travel agent such as Expedia or others, please refer to their cancellation policies. See the Lodge’s FAQs.
