DESIGNED TO MEET EVERY MODERN LIFESTYLE
Welcome to Kananaskis Nordic Spa, a space that we affectionately call “your alpine sanctuary.” Of course, the spotlight features of the spa are our outdoor pools, saunas and steam rooms – all aimed to give you the benefits of hydrotherapy. In addition, the perfect way to start (or end!) your hydrotherapy sessions is to have a massage treatment in our beautiful, panoramic-windowed treatment rooms with a gorgeous view above the alpine treeline.
RELIEVE TENSION. REPAIR THE BODY. RELAX THE MIND.
SIMPLISTIC + SIGNATURE
KNS offers a minimal, but essential menu of massage therapy, including aromatherapy, and deep tissue treatments. Guests will enjoy their massage on the top floor of the Spa Lodge. We also have two couple massage rooms for partners seeking a relaxing, side-by-side massage treatment. All massage therapy treatments provide guests with full access to the spa facilities as a complimentary add-on to your experience.
All massage therapists are minimum 2200 hour registered therapists. If you require a receipt for insurance purposes, please let us know at the time of booking. As all insurance policies differ, we cannot guarantee coverage.
Please note that reservations are required for all massage services. Due to high demand for massage services, we recommend booking a minimum of 3-weeks in advance of your visit. If we are fully booked, we will certainly add you to our waiting list.
H20 IS A NATURAL HEALER
HOT. WARM. COLD. REST. REPEAT.
KNS is designed around the ancient traditions of the hydrotherapy cycle, practiced in Scandinavian wellness circles for generations. Simply put, that’s the active movement through various water temperatures to repair, relax and rejuvenate the mind and body harmoniously.
This sequence stimulates blood flow around the body, eliminates toxins, reduces stress, and gently increases the heart-rate for an instant feeling of head-to-toe wellbeing. Over time, regular use of the cycle will enhance emotional and mental health, stimulate the immune system, boost happy hormones, promote better sleep, and repair worked muscles.
