What to Expect During our Transformation Journey
With the next phase of our transformation journey underway, our dedicated construction team may be present steps away from the spa. Spa operations will carry on as usual, with efforts in place to help minimize any disruption during your visit. It’s important to be aware of the following:
Noise Disruptions
You may experience temporary noise disruptions from machinery and hammering steps away from the spa.
Facility Availability
For safety reasons, certain spa facilities may be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your future visits.
Construction Visibility
While you may notice construction activity, we've implemented fencing measures to minimize its visibility and maintain the serene atmosphere of our spa.

Will there be any changes to the booking process during construction?
No, there will be no changes to the booking process. Reservations can still be made online or by contacting our reservations team at 1-833-778-5567 or via email at reservations@knordicspa.com
What disruptions can we expect during construction?
You may experience temporary disruptions. These disruptions could include noise disturbances, closures of certain facilities, and the temporary closure of the Nordic Spa. Please refer to our ‘Noise Level Updates’ calendar for more information. We’re committed to minimizing inconvenience and will provide updates as needed.
Will you offer discounts for visits affected by construction?
We are maintaining standard pricing. Majority of the construction is happening outside of the core spa facilities and will remain fenced off, preserving the serene atmosphere our guests expect. For projects occurring within the spa, we are making efforts to minimize any disruption by enclosing work zones and maintaining a calm, relaxing environment.
When does construction not take place?
Evenings are generally free of work; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require activity during those times. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I leave the Spa during noisy periods and come back?
Our one-time entry policy will remain in place during construction.
Will there be any changes to the existing hydrotherapy circuit?
Yes, we’ve enhanced the existing hydrotherapy circuit with upgraded hot stations, along with additional cold and rest stations to elevate your wellness experience. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to enrich your spa journey.
What safety measures are in place to ensure our comfort and well-being during construction?
To ensure the comfort and well-being of our guests during construction, we’ve implemented several safety measures. These include properly stored construction materials, ear plugs to minimize disruption, and regular updates to keep guests informed.
What if I want to reschedule or cancel my booking due to construction?
Changes and cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your reservation (hydrotherapy or massage) can be processed online or by contacting our reservations team.
If it is within 24 hours and is due to noise levels classified as level 2 at the spa, our cancellation promise will be waived. Please contact our reservations team at 1-833-778-5567 or via email at reservations@knordicspa.com to avoid any charges.
Please note that our standard 24 hour change and cancellation policy applies during weekends and holidays when construction is taking a spa day.
How do you prioritize sustainability during the construction process?
Sustainability is fundamental to our ethos and shapes our decisions. In line with this commitment, we minimize environmental impact by preserving trees during construction and repurposing any removed trees within our projects, maximizing resource use while reducing waste.

When will construction be completed?
We’re excited to announce that our initial construction stage is now complete. As we prepare for the next phase, we’ll keep you updated on our progress as soon as new information becomes available.
Can I book appointments in advance once construction is complete?
